Returns & Refunds
At Ziora, we take pride in the quality of our products. For hygiene and safety reasons, we handle returns carefully and transparently.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Due to the nature of skincare products:
- Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.
- Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return if reported within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Product must be in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase is required
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- An incorrect item
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
•Your order number
•Clear photos of the item and packaging

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Items purchased during promotional or clearance sales
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be processed:
- To the original payment method
- Within 5–10 business days after approval
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if:
- The item is defective
- The wrong product was delivered
